Pop-up blockers such as the one that comes with Windows XP™ SP2 may prevent attachments from being displayed in a new browser window or with the slide. Users with some pop-up blockers may need to accept content from www.brainshark.com before the attachment will be displayed. Click here for more information on pop-up blockers.

Animations will only play back in the Internet Explorer on Windows machines. Slides with animations will be displayed as static images in Netscape browsers and on Macintosh and UNIX computers.

IE Only.  Not required for the Standard viewer when making use of the Telephone Playback  or View Presentations without Audio options.

Not relevant for the Flash Unhooked Viewer, which is a downloadable version of a presentation.

The mobile viewer is device independent; meaning any mobile device running the above configuration should be able to view Brainshark content.  NOTE: Many newer devices are pre-installed with a program called Flash Lite, this IS NOT the same as Flash Player and presentations will not play in this configuration. Customers should consult their device’s documentation prior to attempting to remove Flash Lite and replace it with Flash Player.
