While completing the Brainshark Author Certification Program, you’ll be exposed to the key features and functionality of the Brainshark Presentations™ core solution and how to use these features at the right time and in the right place in your communications.
New to Brainshark?
This is an advanced user certification. It was created specifically to distinguish advanced users from new Brainshark Authors, and new users should find it challenging. The Certification presents case study situations to test your Brainshark knowledge on everything from creating quality content, more effectively using the application's features, and getting better viewing results from sharing presentations. Every answer needed to pass the certification test is included in the Author Certification Learning Series presentations. If you are a New Author, we recommend that you not only view the Author Certification Learning Series of tutorials, but that you also spend some time using the application before attempting this Certification.Once you have started the Certification, you can leave and resume the Test at any time, so you can always go back to the Author Certification Learning Series tutorials and use them as an 'open book' during the test. Just be sure your browser is accepting cookies and when you return to the Certification, click Resume when prompted.

If you want to review the learning materials before starting the test, refer to the Author Certification Learning Series presentations; then, when you are ready, return here to begin. Once you have started the test, you can leave and return at any time; you can always refer back to the Author Certification Learning Series tutorials as an 'open book' during the test. Just be sure your browser is accepting cookies and when you return to the Certification, click Resume when prompted.After you have completed and passed the test, the Completion Indicator in the top right corner of the presentation window will be 'green'.
