I just completed a 2-day, 150 mile charity bike ride. We are now a large team of over 60 people, with a range of experience on the bike and the ride. On our way to the Customer Success Tour in Cincinnati, we stopped in Des Moines and came across a new television ad by Charles Schwab. I am not sure whether this is playing across the country or if Des Moines is just a test market. The commercial struck a responsive chord in that it looked like a Brainshark presentation a customer might make.
