Irwin Hipsman is the Director of Customer Community for Brainshark. Since 2000, he has worked at Brainshark in various sales, marketing and business development positions. His responsibilities include Brainshark’s webinar program, customer user groups, benchmarking data, and tracking customer utilization and renewal rates. Prior to Brainshark, he worked in the cable, conferencing, and collaboration industry. He holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology Leadership from George Washington University.
