Sharing Presentations
Brainshark Presentations™ allows users to share and distribute their content in a number of ways. Each presentation that’s created is instantly available – hosted by Brainshark – and accessible via a unique weblink (URL). Customers can simply take this link and share it via their own communication methods, including email, websites, private portals, social media, etc.
Embed presentations
Brainshark presentations can also be embedded in websites or blogs using standard “embed code” for any presentation. This is great when you want to keep your audience within the same web page, portal or blog without the viewer launching a new browser window.
Various distribution options
Brainshark Presentations also offers many powerful capabilities within the application for sharing, including the ability to:
- Send links via email – complete with a thumbnail image of the presentation with a “play” button on it
- Automatically post links directly to social media sites including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and hundreds of other sites
- Share presentations via your own Brainshark Content Portal – a customer-branded private or public area for browsing and viewing Brainshark presentations
- Deploy presentations as eLearning courses via any SCORM or AICC-compliant Learning Management System (LMS)
- Deploy presentations as eLearning courses via the optional Brainshark Rapid Learning™ module
- Publish presentations as videos on YouTube or a corporate Brightcove account
- Download presentations as local video files or, using the optional Brainshark Unhooked™ module, download the presentation in Flash format to replicate the desktop viewing interface
