Brainshark provides support to all customers. Brainshark’s knowledgeable and dedicated Support team helps answer any product or technical questions you may have.
All Brainshark customers have access to online support resources 24 x 7, including the Brainshark Support knowledgebase. Customers can also submit questions or technical difficulties online using Brainshark’s customer support portal or by email to support@brainshark.com.
Brainshark’s knowledgeable Support team will respond promptly to all inquiries and assist customers with “how to” and technical questions and concerns. Support representatives will also work with you and fellow experts at Brainshark as necessary to bring issues to resolution.
Brainshark On-Demand™ customers are also entitled to live phone-based support. Support representatives are available from 8 a.m. through 9 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday-Friday… and are also available for live chat support for your convenience.
