BRAINSHARK PORTAL CUSTOM THEME REQUEST

This form enables you to request the customization of your Brainshark content portal. To submit a request, fill out the form below and click "Submit". Please note the following: requests must be made by a Company Administrator, changes will be made to a development version of your company's Brainshark content portal, and the requestor must approve the changes before Brainshark updates the live version of your content portal.

Directions: The custom portal image to the right shows what areas and objects can be customized. Hover over the image or click on the "+" image beside the "Area #" to display an enlarged image of the section you want to edit. Enter the hexadecimal color value(s) (#000000, #FFFFFF) you want applied in the appropriate field below. If you don't want to edit an object, type "NA" in the field. Enter special instructions or additional comments in section 3.

The text in Area #1 can be edited in the following ways: remove the text, increase/decrease the font size, and/or change the font color. If you want the text to be removed or the font size changed, specify this in "Special Instructions for Area 1" field below.

Area #2 - Navigation


The text in Area #2 can be edited in the following ways: remove the text, increase/decrease the font size, change the font color and/or change what the text displays. For example, the "Content" button text could be changed to read "Mine", "Mi Contenido" or "Mon Contenu". If you want the text to be changed, removed or the font size changed, specify this in "Special Instructions for Area #2" field below. The size of the buttons and the nav area cannot be changed. The icon imagery cannot be changed. The background in Area #2 uses a gradient that consists of 2 colors. To override the gradient, enter a color choice for top color and "N/A" for the bottom color.




Area #3 - Search Background Color

The Area #3 background uses a gradient that consists of 2 colors. To override the gradient, enter a color choice in the first field and "N/A" in the second.

Area #4 - Featured Presentation and Results Area

The Area #4 background uses a gradient that consists of 2 colors. To override the gradient, enter a color choice in the first field and "N/A" in the second.


Area #5 - Content Area  - Note: Make font color choices here. Make icon color choices in Area #6.

Icon color can be changed. The icon images cannot be changed.

4. Inform other Company Administrators
If you want to notify other Company Administrators at your company of this Change Portal Theme request, please enter their email addresses below.

5. Informed consent
In order to complete this work, Brainshark Support will need to "impersonate" your account. This means that the Support agent will be able to see your company's portal "as you", and can check for and resolve problems.

(Important note: Please do not send your password to Support. We will never ask for your account password. This permission is only applicable to this request.)

I, confirm that I am a Company Administrator of Brainshark account. I give Brainshark permission to impersonate my company's Brainshark account in order to fulfill this request.

Please note that that you must be a Company Administrator to submit a custom theme request. Requests will be validated and processed within 5 business days. Changes will be made to a development version of your company's Brainshark content portal, and the requestor must approve the changes before Brainshark updates the live version of the content portal.
