This is a major milestone for SlideShark, currently used by millions to manage and track PowerPoints, and offers greater flexibility and convenience to its users. Available as part of SlideShark’s business version, SlideShark Team Edition, the new capabilities let users access, present and share PDF files from their iOS devices, and get detailed insight into viewing activity. The features add to SlideShark’s abilities to improve employee productivity, shorten sales cycles and help companies of all sizes ensure messaging is consistent.


Along with PowerPoints, PDFs are one of the most popular file types in a sales rep’s content arsenal and are often integral to sales conversations. With SlideShark’s new capabilities, reps and other users can maximize the use and results of their PDF datasheets, case studies, follow-up materials and more. Detailed analytics show when and how much of their PDFs have been viewed, helping to pinpoint when interest is hot. Organizations can also get detailed insight into how their sales teams and other employees are using and presenting PDF content.


Providing PDF support through the newly released SlideShark 4.0 is a big step for SlideShark, expanding it from a PowerPoint-focused app to a multi-file presentation and content management solution. As organizations often convert documents – such as Excel, Word and Keynote files – to PDFs to lock down and control content, those PDFs can now be viewed, tracked and presented in SlideShark as well. SlideShark PDF support is available to SlideShark Team Edition subscribers and Team Edition free trial users on their iOS devices, along with Brainshark Sales Accelerator customers who have SlideShark Team Edition activated.
