Brainshark Announces New Appointments to Leadership Team
WALTHAM, Mass. — May 15, 2019 — Brainshark, Inc., delivering SaaS-based sales enablement and readiness solutions, today announced two key appointments to its leadership team: Elizabeth Pulice, as vice president of sales enablement, and Issam Gharios, as vice president of engineering.
In her role, Pulice will be responsible for driving and executing Brainshark’s sales enablement strategy – equipping sales reps and partners with the content, knowledge, tools and skills to maximize success – and overseeing the design and delivery of training programs for Brainshark’s sales organization.

Pulice, who is also a longtime Brainshark customer, has a wealth of experience as a sales enablement practitioner – working as an inside seller, channel manager and enablement leader throughout her career. She previously served as vice president of global sales enablement at Turbonomic, director of strategic sales operations and enablement at Qvidian, senior director of global sales enablement and communications at Ellucian, and sales enablement lead at PTC, among other positions.
Gharios will head Brainshark’s engineering department – helping spearhead product innovation and enhancements that spur sales readiness and improved sales results for companies across industries.
He brings a track record of success leading cross-functional engineering teams, and previously served in quality engineering and product management roles. Prior positions include senior director of engineering at Carbon Black, director of engineering at Imprivata, and director of quality assurance and deployments at Awareness.
