Renowned Sales Enablement Expert Jim Ninivaggi Joins Brainshark Leadership Team
WALTHAM, Mass. — July 11, 2016 — Brainshark, Inc., delivering SaaS-based sales enablement solutions, today announced that Jim Ninivaggi, formerly with research and advisory firm SiriusDecisions, has been appointed senior vice president of strategic partnerships. In this role, Ninivaggi will help drive key partnerships that extend the power of Brainshark’s solutions and platform, shape and execute strategy as a member of Brainshark’s leadership team, and share his deep knowledge of key industry trends. A preeminent sales enablement expert, Ninivaggi has three decades of experience studying and driving B2B sales productivity.

Prior to Brainshark, Ninivaggi worked with SiriusDecisions for 10 years, most recently as service director for sales enablement strategies, a practice area he helped build for the firm. Ninivaggi also served as regional director for the American Management Association, helping define and implement training and development goals. Previous roles also include owner of the Maremma Group, and vice president of sales and marketing at Claritas Consulting and at C3i Healthcare Connections.
