This week, we hosted some of our local customers at our headquarters here in Waltham. It's always such a great opportunity to spend face time with those using Brainshark on a day to day basis and hear about the positive impact it has on their organization. For me it's an opportunity to give users insight into our product roadmap, and hear direct feedback and product suggestions.
During our session, I was surprised at how few people knew that in March, we released certificates on presentations. I thought I'd take a few minutes to write about this, because it's a great feature and I want to make sure you all know it's there in case you have the opportunity to use it.
If you use completion criteria on a presentation, you can opt to provide a PDF certificate to those who meet that criteria. We provide a default certificate on which you can supply a message and choose from a variety of fields to display, such as viewer's name, date, presentation title, score, etc.
You can also provide your own certificate template that has your company look and feel. This can be provided through our support team.
We hope you have the chance to check out this feature and let us know your thoughts.
