First let me say how truly great I think your product is – we use it for all kinds of communications and trainings and it’s a really critical part of our business.  However, we need to support a global viewing audience…   AsiaPac is a big emerging market for us and I need my content localized for those audiences.  We heard that you were going to support Japanese and Chinese characters – can you tell me when?
