Today marks a new chapter in the Brainshark story!

We are extremely pleased to announce the all new Brainshark website  and “Ideas Blog”!

The site has loads of new and updated information plus a redesigned “look and feel” with simple, straightforward navigation. Content highlights and key improvements to benefit our customers and visitors include:

  • Brainshark value proposition – new sections and content for “What is Brainshark” and “Benefits & Uses” across functional areas and verticals plus an all new “Company” section for those looking to better understand the organization.

  • Product information – fully updated content about all the products we offer plus detailed comparison grids for enterprise customers as well as myBrainshark individual users.

  • Help & Training site – new H&T site (shortcut: complete with lots of new and updated self-paced eLearning, certification programs, help resources and documents, plus easy access to support.

  • Professional Services info – descriptions of the services we offer around our implementation, integration, media services, and program strategy & management.

The Ideas Blog – which you’re in now – is our new blog. It’s now fully integrated with the site, and has a new orientation. A dynamic and active part of the site, it’s already loaded with hundreds of articles with content to inspire customers with great uses, ideas, examples, success stories, best practices, industry trends, and more. We also invite you to submit your own story or idea! And to keep up, be sure to subscribe to the RSS feed.
