As part of the Brainshark 2011 employee kick-off, we held the first User Group meeting of the year. Customers from New England met as a group followed by lunch with the staff. The feedback was very positive and topics included a product update, sharing of presentations, and a look at Brainshark's 2011 strategy. The keynote by Richard Newman (m62 Visual Communications) on the topic of Effective Visual Presentations was relavent to the audience of Brainshark authors.
This year we are planning many customer-focused events and are taking reservations for the Q1 Customer Success Tour.

Each of the Customer Success events is an opportunity for both customers and those that want to learn more about Brainshark to interact. The agenda will include a keynote on effective visual presentations, customer panel, and a look at Brainsharks mobile strategy. Following the presentation there will be a drawing for two iPads (you have to register and bring a guest to be eligible), and attendees can either network at a User Group meeting or see a short product demonstration. In addition, we will be visiting customers in Southern California from Feb 14-17 and Atlanta on February 22.
