Cut it out! Using screenshots in Brainshark

In this post, we’re going to look at using Snipping Tool in Windows 7 (free) to capture screenshots for placement and animation in PowerPoint and ultimately our video presentations.  Screenshots allow us to snip visuals from web pages or documents that already exist, enabling us to tell our story visually while minimizing the text on each slide.  This contributes to an engaging experience for the audience, putting added focus on the voice with visuals acting as reinforcement.

Screenshots are commonly found in demo and walkthrough videos, but they can really be a part of any presentation.
