Customer Success Tour a Success

The first 3 stops on the Tour were Charlotte, Houston and Dallas. Customers and pospects had the opportunity to hear either Alex Hardy from m62 Visual Communications or Dr. Carmen Taran of RexiMedia discuss how to make their presentations more visually effective. The information was fantastic and it is both rare and rewarding to receive unsolicited feedback

The Success Tour begins with breakfast and key data points related to the challenges marketing and training have in creating content; whether it is for a live or on-demand presentations.    

We quickly go to our keynote speaker on the topic of creating more effective visual presentations. A Brainshark product manager takes a look at what is happening with smart phones/tablets and the ways Brainshark lets you take advantage of the proliferation of mobile devices. We wrap up the morning by interviewing Brainshark authors and showing a handful of customer presentations. Attendees can stay for a short product demonstration or a Customer User Group meeting. At the User Group attendees have an opportunity to network, provide us with feedback and plan future group projects.
