New Learning Report-Course Creation

New Learning Report-Course Creation

Today's blog post is especially directed to our customers using Brainshark Rapid Learning.  In our most recent product release on March 19, we added a new Learning report that I wanted to call to your attention.

The Course Creation Report is a way for you to pull back a list of all courses created within a particular timeframe.  Unlike existing enrollment reports, this report will show you ALL your courses - not just those for which there are enrollments.  I like to think of it as an 'inventory' report.  Much like it's sister report on the presentation side [the Presentation Creation report], this report is run based on the course creation date.  You can opt to show content by folders or specific title, and you can use our advanced filtering to list particular content by author, type, topic, and much more.

The report in HTML format contains a subset of relevant columns, and in CSV contains the full set of available course data for in-depth reporting and analysis.

As always we welcome your feedback on the new report and hope that it will be useful to your organization.  Not a Rapid Learning customer?  Learn more about this module here.

Happy Learning!
