On March 16, the winners of the 3rd annual Sharkie Awards were honored during a live webinar. There were 150+ entries in 13 categories, including a new category, Mobile (presentations that were designed to be viewed on mobile devices).
The voting process started with teams at Brainshark narrowing down the presentations to the winners in each category. Then, more than 750 customers voted for their favorite presentations.
The Brainshark Presentation of the Year went to Franklin Templeton Investments for Market Perceptions Survey. The 3-minute presentation reports on the results of a survey asking people their thoughts on investing today and the decade ahead. The presentation generated more than 30,000 views and was seen in 65 countries. It was also chosen as the Best Mobile Presentation and the winner receives a long weekend for two in either San Francisco or Boston.
Runners up and winners of iPads were:
Spooktacular by Ashland, a humorous take on annual benefits enrollment. It was also the winner in the Creative Expression category.
Auto Circle by USAA, a look at USAA’s one-stop service to meet their customers auto related needs. It was also the winner in the Marketing category.
