A topic of continued interest and importance for marketers these days is the challenge of creating and utilizing effective content to drive demand and enable sales. Many companies are finding themselves facing a “content crisis” with the need to create content – and enough of it – that truly rises above the noise. 

At Brainshark, we have stared down this challenge over the past year or so, and with some focus, some process, and some wonderfully creative and productive staff, we’ve built our own marketing content production and distribution engine. This engine now powers our website, this blog, and an extensive catalog of video presentations, sales decks, testimonials, ebooks, white papers, webinars, and much more. 

Webinar registration rates have never been higher. Website traffic and page views have grown more in 2011 than in any of the previous several years, and viewing rates of video content on the site has exceeded all expectations. Inbound inquiries and new qualified leads are at all-time highs while the rate of social media follows and interactions keeps accelerating.

There are a number of factors contributing to these results. First and foremost is the dedicated team I am privileged to work with here at Brainshark who make it happen.  Second, of course, is the content they’re producing and making available online.
