A New Brainshark Update for Learning Authors!

We are very excited to announce two great new features now available in Brainshark Rapid Learning. Based on direct customer feedback, we now support Enrollment Expiration and Certification Expiration.

Enrollment Expiration enables an author to set a timeframe on a course or curriculum after which a student’s enrollment will expire. This is a terrific way to enforce that a training or certification must be completed in a given timeframe.

Certification Expiration supports the recertification process by auto-enrolling students into a new course or curriculum after their certification expires. This can be based on a timeframe which is calculated from the day they complete the original certification or a specific calendar date in cases when everyone must re-certify at the same time.
