On July 16th and 23rd, we piloted a new customer event: the online Brainshark Customer Power Hour. The sessions are intended to address top-of-mind questions, introduce product and feature updates, and discuss important use cases and Brainshark toolsets.
Both Power Hours were identical and allowed us to test the waters for future online sessions. The response was overwhelmingly positive, and participants said that they benefited greatly from learning more about simple Brainshark On-Demand functionality, like chapter titles, to more advanced features and applications, like the ability to customize question slides and add conditional redirects for presentation URLs.
I was joined by Liz Couchon from our Learning & Development team, and over the course of 60-minutes we covered a range of topics listed below.
URL modifiers, Table of Contents, and viewing experience:
Question set-up, customization, and branching:
Conditional redirects (rules that enable one presentation URL to take viewers to different iterations of your presentation based on their device or browser language):
Product and resource update highlights from the past year:
We also provided an in-depth look at our recently revamped Help & Training site.
Feedback from post-event surveys and follow-up showed that the attendees found the session valuable and were happy to hear that others had the same questions they did (and could get them addressed). Responses like these helped reinforce our mission to provide online sessions more regularly.
One customer responded by saying, “I loved the Power Hour I attended this week. Webcasts go a long way in helping us dig deeper and expand how we're using Brainshark.” Needless to say, we will keep the momentum going…
Stay tuned for our next online Customer Power Hour, which will take place this Fall. Feel free to email me at email@example.com with ideas or suggestions for topics you’d like to see covered in upcoming sessions. We look forward to exploring this new way to engage with you!
