There's a common refrain about the best camera to use: it’s the one that’s with you.  Like cameras for photographers, the tools of a sales professional’s trade are most effective whenever they’re needed, regardless of time, location or device. That’s why Brainshark is excited to announce that the Content Portal has been enhanced to deliver a smartphone-optimized viewing experience.   

This latest example of our ‘anytime, anywhere’ approach to content enables on-the-go sales professionals to easily access and view video presentations not only from computers and tablets, but also from virtually any smartphone. 

Brainshark was a pioneer in mobile sales enablement, releasing our first mobile-optimized products in 2010.  Since that time, we’ve enhanced our HTML5-based mobile player to provide a feature-rich, desktop-like viewing experience for road warriors. Now the smartphone-optimized Content Portal takes mobile functionality to the next level, enabling sales professionals to very easily find content on these small devices, with  one-click access to favorites, featured content, their own presentations and more, along with a search bar for finding content by name or keyword.

Using the new interface, reps can easily access video presentations minutes prior to meeting with customers or prospects, waiting in airport lines, or in any other situation where it’s impractical or impossible to open a tablet or laptop.
