South Texas Money Money Management Uses Brainshark to Edge Out the CompetitionSouth Texas Money Management is an investment management firm with locations in San Antonio, Austin, Houston and Dallas.

As Chief Information Officer, I manage and oversee our IT department. One of our biggest challenges was finding a solid, dependable platform in which to host our webcast presentations. Prior to Brainshark, we were delivering our presentations using Quick Time and ran into a lot of technical issues on the viewer side. We turned to Brainshark because it was the best product out there for our needs.

We primarily use Brainshark for our quarterly on-demand webcasts for clients and prospects. We provide an investment outlook and review on the stock market, equities and bonds. It’s presented by our CEO and two to three other investment professionals.

At the end of each on-demand webcast, we include a survey. This way, we learn who is watching, what they like, what they don’t like and what they’d like to see in future webcasts. Brainshark has been instrumental in helping us to refine and improve our webcast viewership not to mention that it’s easy to learn and understand. We also like that we can incorporate video right into a presentation.

There’s no question that Brainshark has made communicating with our clients much easier. We can repurpose material that we already have into an on-demand presentation and our clients can view it at their convenience.  It has also set us apart in the industry. We don’t see competitors using on-demand webcasts to communicate with clients.

The performance, the reliability and the technology involved in making on-demand videos easily accessible to our clients is what’s great about Brainshark.
