If you’ve stopped by Brainshark.com today (and you’re reading this, so…), you’ve probably noticed that things have changed a bit since your last visit. OK, they’ve changed a lot.
That’s because after months of hard work, late nights, and countless bottles of Diet Coke (don’t ask), we’re excited to finally present the new, improved – and let’s face it, prettier – Brainshark.com.
The old website was with us for a while, and it treated us well. But if the 90s taught me anything, it’s that sometimes it’s time for a makeover.
The results are what we have today. The new Brainshark.com is brighter and more colorful, but it’s not just cosmetic changes that made the cut. It was our goal to create a website that delivered a better, more interactive visitor experience – and also highlight an exciting new addition to the Brainshark product platform.
We hope you like it!
Here are some quick hits on what’s changed.
We’ve added a new Customer Care section especially for Brainshark users. This is your quick stop for Brainshark Support and Help & Training, as well as access to our collection of Community resources, from customer event calendars to recommended third-party tools.
Speaking of support, our new Support page makes it easier to find on-demand training content via a simple search of our portal.
If you’re looking to get more out of your Brainshark investment, check out our brand new Professional Services section to learn how we can help with things like implementations, custom development and more.
Also, while our primary navigation has changed, you can still log in to your Brainshark account from the same place as always, at the top right of each webpage.
And that’s only the very tip of this particular iceberg. We’ve also redesigned our homepage, simplified navigation, improved site search functionality, and added a LOT more of the good stuff – more graphics, more presentations, and more content.
