We’re kicking off Q2 with some great new improvements to SlideShark. Feedback from our user base prompted the following feature updates:
Option to Mirror
One of the many benefits of using SlideShark is Presenter Mode – the ability for the presenter to see a view that includes slide notes during a presentation while the audience sees only the slide content. Similarly, when a presenter navigates through the app to view a catalog of all presentations or information in the reporting tab, SlideShark projects a gray screen with the SlideShark logo to the audience.
SlideShark now offers the Option to Mirror, giving presenters the ability to easily turn this feature on or off. When turned on, SlideShark can project all menu screens within the app, rather than just the slide content. Presenters are now able to project a 1:1 view of the content that is on the iPad or iPhone right to the audience.
Disable Social Sharing
Many of our SlideShark Team Edition customers wanted more control over the distribution of SlideShark content, so Team Edition administrators now have the option to disable the sharing of SlideShark content to social media sites. By disabling social sharing, administrators can now restrict sharing on all presentations at the company level.
If you’re an administrator and you’d like to disable social sharing, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. However, if you prefer to jump on the “sharing is caring” bandwagon, then share away!
We hope you enjoy the update. If you have any questions, please make sure to get in touch with our support team directly – they’re always ready to help!
And of course, if you love it (and we hope that you do), please log a good review on the AppStore.
