Sales Content Goes Social with Commenting & Rating Right in Salesforce

How It Works

Let’s say based on the Opportunity they are working in Salesforce, we’ve identified a dozen pieces of relevant content the rep could utilize to prepare, share or even present to their prospect. While much of the heavy lifting has been done for them already, the rep still may have a choice to make. With our latest release, reps can now look at that content list and see which items are the most highly rated, and review the comments from their peers who have used them to gain further insight into the effectiveness of each asset.
