Salespeople need the knowledge and skills to make the most of every single interaction. Brainshark’s sales readiness platform can help you make sure reps are always ready.
Is your sales team truly ready? It’s one of the questions at the core of the Brainshark platform, and confidently knowing the answer is vital to any organization.
Today, we are excited to announce the launch of our new team dashboards, which provide managers a visual representation of their team’s readiness progress across all Brainshark learning, coaching, and self-enrolled activities.
View Organizational Readiness
Now, managers can track progress for teams and individual users from a single dashboard view. There’s no need to toggle between menus and run multiple reports. This tool provides a quick outlook of all the most valuable information, allowing managers to quickly identify which teams are thriving and which teams are falling behind, and enabling manager access to insights on individual team member performance.
The top of the dashboard displays a summary across all the teams and their statistics. Managers can quickly view:
- The number of teams they’re managing
- The number of team members they’re managing
- The number of activities their team has been assigned
- Completion statistics
- Average team score
Compare Progress Across Teams
Individual team cards provide additional details on the readiness progress for each team – similar to the summary view at the top. The data in each card is unique to the group and shows how many activities by category have been completed, how many team members have completed them, and the average score – allowing managers to easily compare the progress across teams. The card also shows the team member with the highest average score to help managers quickly recognize top performers.
Measure Individual Performance
With a ‘view all members’ button, managers can drill down deeper to see the readiness progress of individual members for a specific team. This view enables users to see all the members of a team, the total activities assigned or self-enrolled, the percent completed and their total average score. Managers can also access information on specific activities and results by exporting the team details as a CSV file right from the dashboard.
